Support various key elements of the audit process including preparation of detailed audit project plan, audit schedules, related accounting notes and coordinating with auditors, external valuers and management.
Preparation of GAAP reporting package, GAAP conversion/reconciliation and liaising with local and group auditors.
Project Management: Formulating entire Accounting project plan, governance framework, monitoring the status of each workstream, effective resource management, and maintaining project timelines and coordination with each stakeholders. We believe an effective project management role is essential to achieving Accounting Project as success journey.
Accounting & Financial Reporting: We play a key role in your preparation, presentation and disclosure of IFRS/ ASPE/ US GAAP/ Ind AS compliant restated financial statements including proforma financial statements.
KPIs & Non-GAAP Measures: We play a key role in development of KPIs and non-GAAP measures, Risk factor, Management Discussion & Analysis (MD&A)
Corporate Secretarial Services (Bharat): It includes Drafting of necessary polices as per the requirements under Companies Act, 2013, SEBI LODR and SEBI ICDR, Secretarial compliance health check-up, act as company representative before legal counsels, Setting and updating virtual data room, Pre-Accounting Project corporate actions viz. sub-division, bonus, conversion, formation of various Board meetings etc.
